We trusted them with an Antique silk rug that belonged to my grandparents. I was honestly nervous because the rug is very delicate and hand-knotted. The staff reassured me they specialize in Oriental rug cleaning and silk rug repair. When the rug came back, it looked refreshed without losing any detail in the pattern. The fringe was also repaired beautifully.
Technician arrived on time and called ahead. He was polite, clear and thorough in explaining everything. He gave suggestions to keep the carpet looking its best. Carpet looks great! They have used them since the second, and they will continue to use them. They are highly recommended.
