I wish I would’ve heeded the bad reviews about this plumber. However, he had a convincing reply and good excuse for all negative comments. The #1 reason we will never want to do business with Mr. Ju again is because he left us hanging big time. We paid him to assess and fix our bathroom but he made it worst and then tried to charge us an additional fee to repair his mess up. I was very happy that I found Ju. He was very professional and did the job well. He followed through with when he said he was coming and communicated throughout the job. I will definitely get him in the future for any plumbing needs.
Ju is very reliable. I’ve used his services multiple times. It doesn’t matter when I call he makes a point to make it to the property to access the damage
Ju is the real deal!!! I review businesses all the time, and I can say Ju did what needed to be done. He came the same day. He investigated and identified the problem. And it didn’t cost an arm and a leg to get it done. I will now be calling him for any of my plumbing issues. Thank you Ju!
Highly recommend. He removed a free standing tub faucet and installed a new one fast. The builder had it hooked up really weird so he was back and forth under the house. He got everything installed quickly and he has very fair prices. Half the cost of what I was quoted from another company. I'll be using Ju for any future work.
