I was impressed with this place. First time going there. They were very courteous and upfront about everything. I am so leery around trusting mechanics shops but this place oozes trust factor and integrity!! They were also super friendly- which is a huge factor also!

I was in a pinch and couldn’t get in to get my truck fixed , These great people kept a mechanic late to get my truck up and running for work , Their team stayed until midnight to get it going, There isn’t another mechanic around that is more helpful than the team at JTW, And they are very fair prices!! Thanks a lot!!! You guys are Great!! Will be going here from now on for any repairs needed !
As a non mechanically inclined individual I REALLY respect their break down on the invoice to explain their process. They helped me avoid paying unnecessary parts and labour proposed from a previous shop.
