Having lived in Grande Prairie for over 20 years, I’ve always had the luxury of driving newer vehicles or company trucks. After retiring, I bought a used SUV and needed to find a trustworthy local mechanic to keep it running—a first for me. Based on a friend's recommendation, I took it to JTW Automotive, and I couldn't be happier. They got me in right away, and the final bill came in over $1,000 less than the original quote! Hands down the best shop in town. Highly recommend!

Repeat customer here, service is always top notch and have never had to bring my vehicle back for the issue that was repaired other than for faulty hub seal from manufacturer. The ladies up front were quick to resolve the issue with manufacturer and had it covered by warranty. On all other visits they were quick sourcing parts (and the right ones the first time) and kept me informed throughout the whole process. Highly recommend and will continue to have my business for any of my mechanical needs.
