Purchased a Venom Series II hood. Was told 3 week lead time. I got hood in after 7 weeks. Hood was in terrible shape and poorly made. Called Tony and he informed me that’s how they all come and thousands of people have been happy with the quality. I sent hood back after losing the shipping money both ways and the he refunded me a portion back after charging me a Paypal reversal fee. It would have cost me thousands to make hood right.
