JT's is the first restaurant I go every time I visit Palm Coast. The Minorcan Gumbo is amazing!
JT's is truly a shack and we loved it. You are in the midst of the ocean, a river, and the Intracoastal and all the foliage that comes with that environment. A shack is where you expect fresh seafood, cooked according to local recipes, and serving a great selection of beers. The staff was colorful and friendly.
