Sebastian Martinez processed our application for an apartment in Sacramento. He was very fast to get back to us. We applied on a Sunday and he called us on Monday. We submitted our documents the same day and he finished processing everything and we got an approval in one day. They are responsive and use technology to their advantage by hosting self guided tours. I don’t live in one of their properties yet but i am excited for the future with this company. I really appreciated Sebastian Martinez's professionalism during my recent screening process for an apartment in Sacramento. As I am self-employed, he had to work a little harder to vet me, but he was nevertheless patient, and his communication was excellent! As someone who also maintains a rental property, I was much appreciative of how thorough he was in his screening.
Great experience working with Sebastian and the team! The process is thorough but was quick and all our questions were answered along the way to our Rocklin home!
