Used JT's for a few months. Noticed after a few weeks that the pool wasn't looking clean anymore. Set up my dropcam to film the pool. The video showed a young guy on the phone dumping 1 gallon of chlorine in the pool and leaving. He was there for under 3 minutes. Left a message for JT Pools with no response, so I followed up with an email. No response. The following week, same exact thing. The following week, same. My pool is always on point! Excellent service, best prices! If you need some repairs, they go out of their way to make sure that is done properly, even if it requires extra things not in the scope of their work! I highly recommend Jt's Pool Service for any pool work, pool side work, pool heat pump, pool finish, they are the best!
I was referred to JT Pool by a friend. Jaime, the owner came out , explained clearly and provided a written estimate of all options to repair major leaks and resurface very poor condition pool. Fair prices and no sales pressure nor any money up front. He completed job in less than a week, workers were very courteous and cleaned up completely after each day. I was very pleased with his work, I signed up for monthly service.
I have had JT's Pool Service since 2011 and my Pool never had any problems. They are always on top of things, when I needed a new filter, they helped me; later I needed a new automatic pool cleaner, they helped me, and lately that I needed a new pump they helped me. I feel he ripped me off. The re-tile, grout, of coping and new tiles was fair. However, He charged $1500 for repair to structural cracks. This was something that could not be seen and was necessary to remove the coping bricks to see the real problem. There were no cracks and the bricks came off in bundles and the problem was just re-cementing the bricks to the beam. It took a total of 40 mins to repair and would not budge off the $1500 price tag for this. Beware of quotes for things that are not absolutely defined.
I went to yellowpages.com to find someone who could inspect my pool and I found JTs Pool Service. They were not only knowledgeable about their trade but they were honest to tell me exactly the most inexpensive yet more efficient way to fix my problem. Their customer service was so great that I actually use them now to service my pool every week. This is one of the advantages of dealing with a family owned business who cares.
