Beyond frustrating My Kia Carnival has been nothing from problems from the beginning (new off the lot) and they don’t do anything about it. Now I had a maintenance done and oil change and nothing was reset, no oil change sticker and my coolant is below the minimum! (Which is $60 A BOTTLE) I had a a coolant flush, cabin filter and engine filter changed for $400+! The service department has a lot to be desired. The vehicle was not properly inspected after service, and customer service was very poor. Just 52 miles after an oil change, the oil drain plug came out, leaving me stranded off the highway. When I contacted the service department, the situation was treated as if it were a normal occurrence. When I eventually received my vehicle back, it was still covered in oil despite being told it had been detailed. No apology or accountability was offered.
