The service department has a lot to be desired. The vehicle was not properly inspected after service, and customer service was very poor. Just 52 miles after an oil change, the oil drain plug came out, leaving me stranded off the highway. When I contacted the service department, the situation was treated as if it were a normal occurrence. When I eventually received my vehicle back, it was still covered in oil despite being told it had been detailed. No apology or accountability was offered.
The supervisor of the service department should be ashamed of overseeing this department. I have taken my car in on several occasions because the check engine light was on. This department has dismissed my issue every single time. I’ve heard every excuse in the book- “you don’t have an appointment, you will have to wait all day,” “the light isn’t on, we can’t check it,” “our computers aren’t working,” “we are working through a construction”.
