Poor customer service. Fix what they want to fix have your vehicle sitting for two weeks before actually performing service. Never quote your actual price correctly
Went for my first oil change, emoloyees were all friendly and helpful. They walked me through the entire process. Because I bought my car there this oil change was on them as a dealer incentive. They offered free water while I waited. Clean, peaceful, pleasant waiting experience. I did wait 2 hours however they are in the process of moving to a new location so are a bit slower right now.
