Not only this, but a few days after job was complete my contractor dropped a counter on floor and took out a chunk. Jim was quick to respond and come right back to do a free repair !!! Business done right. Cant say enough good stuff !!!
I worked with Jim based off of another referral, and I cannot say enough about the magic he performed on my "ruined" pet-stained hardwood floors after I removed the carpet. The quoted price is well-understated for the craftsmanship and finished product.
Jim Baker is an expert, and he is very good at explaining whatever you might need to know. His crew was very professional when they were in our house. The floors were amazingly transformed. Top quality work. Very reasonable prices. Five Stars.
Jim is always friendly, quick to return phone calls and is easy to work with. He has completed flooring jobs for me at mutiple properties and does excellent work. The crew arrived promptly and were pleasant to work with. They went right at it efficiently and quickly. The floors are the original from when the house was built about 1952 and needed some tlc. They did a wonderful job, we are very pleased with the results and look forward to enjoying our hardwood floors for many more years.
