BE CAREFUL WITH GETTING SERVICE FROM THIS DEALER. I BOUGHT A NEW SET OF TIRES FOR MY RAM LESS THAN A MONTH AGO AND SHORTLY AFTER NOTICED A SLIGHT VIBRATION WHEN I GOT OVER 70 MPH. I THOUGH IT COULD HAVE NEEDED AN ALIGNMENT SO I TOOK IT IN FOR AN ALIGNMENT A COUPLE OF WEEKS LATER. AFTER THE ALIGNMENT IT STILL HAD THE VIBRATION SO I CALLED THE DEALER AND THEY TOLD ME TO BRING IT IN THE NEXT MORNING. I got my 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited back in September 2024. I keep having the same issues. Will go to start it in the morning to go to work and it’s completely dead. This is the 5th time this has happened where I will take it to the shop. At this point, I don’t know what to do because the dealership clearly don’t know what they are doing. I am beyond pissed tf off!!!!
I live out of state and my kids attend USC. I have their vehicles serviced at JT’s. It gives me peace of mind to have a trustworthy shop for my kids. Mr. Jesse L has been a pleasure to deal with. His crew gets the work done on time and without any issues. I have confidence that whenever my kids need service on their vehicles, it will be hassle free and fair.
Was told over the phone i could bring in my car and the would at least look at it today. I get to the service department and they are so backed up i was told they[ the service department] would not be about to look at my car until next week at minimum. Also the next avaliable appointment was a month from now. Thank goodness it was a check up and nothing serious or i would be waiting a month to get seen. Definitely needs improvement
