The best service I’ve received from any dealership service department! Had two defective tires from the factory. They did not have the tires in stock. I was offered a shuttle to work or home. Before I ever received the call from Demetrius he had a rental set up and ready for me. The next day I got a call from Demetrius before 11am letting me know my truck was ready. He stayed on top of it every step of the way making sure it didn’t get put on the back burner. I will be asking for Demetrius to be my service advisor every time... read more
We were traveling from Ohio to South Carolina to move my daughter in my loaded down Ram 1500 and 16’ trailer on a Friday afternoon. Long story short, the fuel pump failed but Jesse worked hard to get a tech in Saturday. Jesse even took my family to a few hotels so we had a place to stay (there was limited vacancy). He kept saying that if he ever got stranded he would want someone to help him or his family. We were back on the road at 2:00 on Saturday. This place was awesome! Thanks for the great customer service!
Don't do it. Just don't do it. Did early bird drop off on a Monday morning. Communication was very poor throughout the process. The only way I received any updates is if I called. Requested to speak to a manager on a couple of calls and was directed to the service advisor each time. Told them Friday I was coming to pick up my truck. They didn't start providing any communication until I informed them of this and was on the way. I'm pretty confident my truck just set there for a week. BE CAREFUL WITH GETTING SERVICE FROM THIS DEALER. I BOUGHT A NEW SET OF TIRES FOR MY RAM LESS THAN A MONTH AGO AND SHORTLY AFTER NOTICED A SLIGHT VIBRATION WHEN I GOT OVER 70 MPH. I THOUGH IT COULD HAVE NEEDED AN ALIGNMENT SO I TOOK IT IN FOR AN ALIGNMENT A COUPLE OF WEEKS LATER. AFTER THE ALIGNMENT IT STILL HAD THE VIBRATION SO I CALLED THE DEALER AND THEY TOLD ME TO BRING IT IN THE NEXT MORNING.
