2 hours ago I have never in my life experienced such awful handling of customers in my life. It seems every time I called someone was annoyed at something with no insight into what was going on with my car until I got angry. At tone point I was getting told two completely different things. They forgot they even had my car. One girl couldn’t even find my car or name in the system, that was delightful. Worst buying experience ever with a new car. 18 days just to get temporary paperwork, no temporary plate. Buck passed.
If you purchased a car from Jt's, ask for all of your service invoices and copies of warranties. They do not align tires unless you ask per Lexington Manager and they do not rotate tires at every oil change. My tires were rotated once around 29k miles and I purchased it from them May, 2013 with 12 miles on it. Even on last invoice I have (because the won't give all of them all to me), I had around 45k miles with no tire rotation. Bought a great car, so far very pleased. They told us if we sent someone in and they bought car we get $200 and if we brought someone in we get up to 500., finance guy told us we would get money this mon or Tuesday. Was just told now it could be up to 60 days! Why can't we get straight answer!!!
bought a pre owned certified ram 1500 did not get to test it on highway at 70 mph and above purchased vehicle and to my surprise at 65 and above it shakes so bad that if you had a cup of coffee in the console it would all be in the bottom of the console needless to say back in for repair 5 times new tires balance rotate when all said and done they say that is a characteristic of the truck they all do that in which every other one i drove did not so now i own a 32000 dollar truck that shakes rattles and rolls my advice go to ... read more
