****UPDATE**** 11/11/2023 I finally reached someone in the service department this week. They told me just to bring my car over. I asked if Saturday was ok to come. She said that I should come after 11:30 because it’s less busy then. I live an hour away. So I asked her if there was anything else I needed to do. No appointment is needed? Somethings are hard to explain or understand… I brought an issue with my extended warranty and work I was having done on my 2017 Jeep to the attention of my Service Advisor, the Service Manager, and the Manager who were compassionate, understanding, and empathetic to the situation I was in.
