Jay does not rent in this building. MK painting was going to hire him to work on our equipment he ordered $3,000 worth of parts and then left and never came back to install the parts and then to find out they were the wrong parts ordered that we could not take back. He's completely unreliable I would never in my life have him work on any of my equipment. This company does not exist the only company that is in this building is MK painting.
