Top notch service from the second I made the call. Industrial rooftop unit issues approaching some severely cold weather. Professional service, showed up when they said they would, and the tech (Jesse) was fast, professional, and got it done. We can’t say enough good things about JTR. Again, Kudos to Jesse, we know this one wasn’t fun. Thank you all!
Ozzy from JTR rolled up sleeves and got down and dirty clearing out my old "octopus" furnace and AC unit. No effort was spared and everything is working great after our labour-intensive service call. 6 stars for Ozzy who got it DONE
We just had the best service experience we've ever had with JTR in the decades they have serviced our home. Aziz not only took the time to investigate and properly diagnose the issue with our system, but he meticulously cleaned and restored our system, saving us thousands of dollars. He was also friendly, very good at explaining the issue and the solution, and took a lot pride in his work. I will be requesting him for all future maintenance and repairs!

Our air conditioner was working in the morning and not when we came home in the afternoon. I called JTR and talked to a technician who tried to help us determine the issue. He promised us that he would call in the morning to let us know someone would come out. Everyone who came--troubleshooters, installers, manager-was wonderful. They were prompt, called and came when they promised, and did a great job of getting us up and running in advance of the heat forecasted for this weekend-June 22!
