Our air conditioner was working in the morning and not when we came home in the afternoon. I called JTR and talked to a technician who tried to help us determine the issue. He promised us that he would call in the morning to let us know someone would come out. Everyone who came--troubleshooters, installers, manager-was wonderful. They were prompt, called and came when they promised, and did a great job of getting us up and running in advance of the heat forecasted for this weekend-June 22! JTR is an amazing company to do business with. We had two other companies come out to repair our unit to no avail. Jesse and his crew came to review the job. The owner of the company came and reviewed the job. My unit was installed with excellent workmanship. Their knowledge of the old system I had and the one they installed is impressive. I cannot express the care they took in my home and outside my home. It was money well spent. I wish to thank JTR, Jesse and his crew for all they did. I cannot praise your work enough.

Today we had Jesse come out and repair our furnace. He came at 7:30 am and in one hour had our furnace back up and running. He was very polite and explained how he repaired the furnace. The price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend JTR to anyone for furnace repair.
