RecommendedAwesome gym! It's not congested like most gyms & equipment is exactly what is needed to reach your fitness goals. Everyone is respectful to each other while training & it's open twenty-four hours, seven days a week!
Jake sold my family and I some of his old equipment. Sounds like a great deal right? WRONG. He sold us very old, over priced equipment that was no way near worth the money we paid. The more expensive piece of equipment doesn’t even work and he isn’t decent enough to call us back. All we simply want is to talk to him so he can at least come and fix the machines. J town fitness is the best gym I’ve ever been to. The ownership and customer service is best in class and the facilities and equipment are great. Jake is an awesome guy and I would recommend this gym to anyone I know.
This gym overcharged our account multiple times and did nothing to fix it nor did they care. They had rude customer service and after not paying their overcharged fees they sent our account to collections! Way to go! Thanks for valuing your customers!
