Jim was brought to us as part of a package with my tax preparer. after 8+ years there was never any rapport and still an underlying sense of thinly disguised contempt or at least dislike for the nature of the necessary accounting method for my business. when I finally got to a point that the situation was downright offensive (collectively with him and the tax preparer) I had to bail. Jim's behavior during the transitioning was nothing short of perfectly unprofessional. zero help, smacking of vindictiveness.
