Our sprinkler company used them as a subcontractor and the experience was less than desirable. Their installation contractor installed the sprinkler piping using the least amount of effort possible. This included the elbow extending almost two feet more than needed, and then running it out the wrong basement wall.During this process we could hear the installer having personal calls on his cellphone which surely added to his distracted and unimpressive installation job.
Fixed my plumbing as expected but scratched and marred my hardwood floors with the machine they used in the kitchen as well as damaged the counter tops and cupboard. Careless and I am not happy about it.
