My son daughter and I were past renters of a property here. We were all listed on the lease. I contacted the office yesterday to ask if a very important piece of mail had accidentally been sent to this property for me and SHARON responded with “Jesus Christ” as if I was bothering her and after I asked if she really just said ”Jesus Christ “to me she proceeded to scream so loud my son heard her in the back seat. me and my mother called to ask about some mail that was mistakenly sent to our past rental property & sharon whos apart of the front desk answered and followed up our question with “jesus christ” as if we were bothering her as well as screaming, genuinely screaming & we were responsible renters there are no excuses for this behavior hands down the worst things i’ve heard from a place of work especially when there are disrespectful renters in this world professionalism totally went out the window ! dodge this bullet while you... read more

They are there if you call them to fix things, and the appliances are top-notch. If I ever need a place to stay, I will always look to rent from JTL.
