We had a great experience with JTI. Coming from Buffalo heading to Michigan pulling our camper I noticed my rear axle was bent. Thankfully we were traveling on a Friday. I called and they were able to get us in right away under and emergency visit. We did have to pay a higher labor rate but we were on our way after three and a half hours. They installed a new axle and away we went. I recommend them if you need trailer service.
I have to tell you that when I pulled in there an hour before closing to have them check the lights on my trailer they couldn’t have been more accommodating as they jumped on it right away. They said they wouldn’t be able to finish it that day, but they would be on it first thing in the morning and I could be back on the road to Chicago before lunchtime. I can’t thank the guys over at jti enough for always getting our trailers back on the road who do you know that will build an axle over night literally no one everybody is 2 to 4weeks out thank you guys you will forever have my business
These guys are great!!! The staff were all very nice and professional and went the extra mile to get our trailer fixed quickly. They were recommended to me from a customer and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of repairs.
