Damaged my trailer and even though they "fixed" it, it was a very half ass job, and looked worse than what it did when it was damaged! Replaced what they damaged with extremely flimsy material and used self tapping screws all over the place, which dented and creased what they "fixed!" When I pointed it out, I got no phone call from the owner or anyone else for that matter! Would not recommend this place to my enemy for anything!
LIARS, locked keys in vehicle, kept truck for the whole weekend and caused lost waged. Would not call or return phone calls. NEVER did the job. WORST COMPANY EVER
We had a great experience with JTI. Coming from Buffalo heading to Michigan pulling our camper I noticed my rear axle was bent. Thankfully we were traveling on a Friday. I called and they were able to get us in right away under and emergency visit. We did have to pay a higher labor rate but we were on our way after three and a half hours. They installed a new axle and away we went. I recommend them if you need trailer service.
