My cousin and I were traveling from Rhode Island to South Dakota. We pulled into our first campground on Thursday night in Streetsboro, Ohio. We discovered that the leaf springs were broken. We called places that night. No answer and can’t do it. Next day(today) we called them at 11:30am and we were back on the road at 3:45 pm. Thank you for saving our trip!’

Came in for the first time today needing a replacement spring and parts desperately to get my business back on the road. I was helped by Ken and Dan who were beyond helpful with getting me what i needed and a few parts and tips that really helped this non mechanic get it installed and working perfectly. The store is loaded with every hitch, connector, light etc etc you could ever need. Ill never go anywhere else and its 30 seconds off the highway

Trevor and the whole service crew have got to be the best in the industry. They’re willing to spend that extra time away from home to make sure an emergency fix is completed in a very tight deadline. One of the best (if not the best) trailer repair shops in the nation.
