Great guy to interact with (owner), if you get in touch with him. We hired JTG to install hardwood floors. The gapping between the planks in certain spots are absurd, but the company insisted it was fine and that it had nothing to do with the install. Had they warrantied the work and fixed it, I wouldn’t have had a problem... but I felt blown off when I asked them to own it. It got to the point that they would not return calls or emails. I only trust Just the Guy. Without JTG many of our projects would never be finished on our own! I love DIY, but sometimes its just beyond my realm of knowledge. Just the Guy was willing to offer ideas and help finish the project. They are very knowledgeable and experienced. There has never been a project to big or too small.
Just the Guy did work for us before the sale of our home and was on time, helpful and more than that had workmen who knew what they were doing. I would recommend them to anyone needing a professional.
We have used Just The Guy for years for all of our home-based needs ranging from dishwasher installation to a large kitchen renovation. The work is always top grade and interaction with the workers is enjoyable. I'm continually surprised by how knowledgeable they are and how dedicated they are to getting the job done right.
