JTECH used to be a great company. Unfortunately, their customer service has gone downhill. We have had severe issues with warranty work & repair work.
Appalling after-sales support. Have purchased the device and software twice now and the company still refuse to supply a license key to use, or doesn't reply to correspondence. I would not recommend JTECH.
J Tech is undoubtably one of the most professional and diligent companies I have ever worked with. The software and systems they use are second to none in the medical field. I highly recommend them for any rehabilitation clinic or anyone needing definitive proof and solid scientific data for an array of assessments. I am currently a co-owner in 4 chiropractic and physical therapy locations in the North Texas area. We have been using JTech medical since our start in 2011. It has been a great tool for patient education but also educating major medical and personal injury accounts/insurance(s). We have 4 units, each with a tech support monthly account attached, and then typically when jtech comes to our area we have our entire team get certified and/or re-certified.
