We hired John to install a new window in our family room to add more light and he did a wonderful job for a fair price. He was there when he said he would be and when he was done ,you wouldn't even have known he had been there. Would use him again and highly recommend.

JTC first built an excellent side porch/deck to replace unsafe non-functional stairs. Built like a fortress with quality materials. Beautiful **** decking. They communicated well and understood our requirements, kept the promised schedule, cleaned up when finished, and we were so pleased we decided to have them also build a new front porch, which they completed in short order. John was very responsive, replying to inquires without any hesitation. All work was excellent. The prices were fair and I feel that the owner is an honest person who cares about his customers. An electrical issue occurred, no fault of Johns and not part of the job but Dale got to work and quickly resolved it. Thank you JTC Remodling!

John did not follow through on his word. He said he would fix a drywall issue in the bathroom since he “was doing drywall anyway”. He did not fix it. When asked about it he said it was too small of a job for him to come back to complete. The solid wood door he purchased for the closet has a 2” gouge in the upper corner. The tile shower shelf fills with water rather than being angled so that it drains.

Returns all calls and messages , started job on time and showed everyday promised and on time until the job was complete. Job was done to spec and code and he helped us navigate the permit as well. The job was done expertly , and was flexible to change. Great job, we will hire him again .

High quality work that was done as requested. Great communication during the whole project, so I always new the status. Impressed with the cleanup as well. I would recommend to anyone needing work done on their house.

John and Dale were very hard working and extremely conscientious. My deck design was more complicated than a typical deck, and they were able to meet the challenge very successfully. They were always prompt and would keep me posted if there were any changes with there schedule. I was particularly impressed with the fact they purchased the lumber as needed and took the time to hand select all the lumber to find the best quality boards. Did a great job! Was very helpful and patient. The decks came out great. He was good about returning calls and telling us when he was ar the house if we weren’t there. Very polite and professional.

We hired JTC to side our North Creek house, refinish our mud room and more work in the basement. He was very professional, showed up when he promised and delivered the work quoted at a fair price I would highly recommend John, and he is coming back in the Spring to redo our deck.
