I ordered a cooling plate for my 98 Prelude over a month ago, I still have not got it. I have called, emailed and texed JTC customs over 12 times and they have not gotten back to me. I understand JTC is a small Company and has a lot of work, but JTC should still get back to the customers and let them know whats going on. I filed a clam with Paypal and now JTC has 20 days to reply. BEWARE of JTC Customs. Customer Communication SUCKS!!!
