John is doing our income taxes and both men were exceptionally caring, patient with explaining tax laws etc and worked really hard to help us navigate it all. From the front receptionist who is just genuinely lovely and does everything to make you feel comfortable, to Jack & John who were light-hearted and fun but dedicated and clever & knowledgeable with taxation & financial matters, we absolutely recommend Jack & Trent & Co and we intend to use them every year from here on out ... read more
