They completed my 2018 taxes with a pretty major error. The communication has not been very good. You deal with too many individuals in the transaction and then no one seems to remember what was said. I would not recommend them. And beware of their fees and make sure to ask lots of questions and document it. They charged my son in his early 20’s with only 1 W2 $240 to do his taxes.
we've used jack for a couple years. started out great. and then 2018 tax time arrived. we dropped off all of our docs, emailed a few others, and waited. and waited. they reached out to us and had us file an extension for our business and personal taxes, which we did. fast forward to the current year, last years taxes have still not been done, in fact they never started working on them. we were told by one gal that she was very sorry, and the gal working on our file had quit. she told us that she alone would be working on our... read more
