Jackie is a compassionate intuitive instructor. Her ability to pay great attention to movement detail has helped me learn how to connect with my core body in a more accuarate way than ever before. I believe my training with Jackie and her instructors will continue to help me be as active as I am now and help me stay active for years to come! We are so lucky to have this highly skilled instructor in our community. Can’t wait for spring session to start!

Jackie is one of the most knowledge and conscientious instructors I have had the pleasure of working with. I leave each of her classes inspired, motivated and feeling better than I did when I came. I also find a new challenge every time. I would recommend her to anyone of any fitness level or background. I can’t say enough good things really.

Jackie is a hidden gem in our community. She introduced me to Pilates over 20 years ago. Her knowledge and passion for Pilates is world class. Having exposure to Pilates as I travel to major centres in Canada and the U.S. has given me an even greater appreciation for what we have right here in Grande Prairie.
