They sold me a car that after a month of driving had stuff going out, I paid for a drivetrain warranty that didn't cover Any drivetrain stuff and the repairs are more then the value of the car, the lied about it and then refused to fix it, if this keeps just one person away I'll feel better, I'm a single parent who spent my savings there and now have a yard car. They are now just super rude even though I have EVERYTHING in writing, now I'm having to contact attorneys and praying I find a car soon.
WARNING! Please do your homework on this company! They (JT Wholesale & ASC Warranty) work together to defraud the Consumer. I am an adult, I will take full responsibility for signing a document that says AS IS. But I will not accept that this company (JT) did not know that this Truck I purchased needed a Transmission. They even told me to bring it back so they could look at it. They “looked at it” for almost 4 hours and told me they could not hear it making noise. I'm posting in hopes others will see this and take it into consideration when choosing this place of business. I'd like to preface I'm not angry with JT Wholesale, I am just telling my story. I personally will do everything I can to make sure no one I know uses this place. I purchased a Chevy Equinox from them in May of 2023. I do not have enough dirty words to say about JT Wholesale Auto, Inc.. Long story short, bought a car last night from them - the vehicle looked great on Carfax. Upon driving 20 highway miles home, I noticed a really rough ride. I Googled "2013 Toyota Prius V Owner's Manual", it pulled up a link to the Toyota website, which provided a way to enter the car's VIN number to get the exact Owner's Manual. This vehicle was in good working order at the point of purchase. When Mr. ***** raised concerns we offered to address the issues and attempt to verify if any service needed to be completed. Also, we offered to help him attain a similar vehicle at no additional expense. Multiple solutions were offered, and Mr. ***** agreed to pay a small restocking fee. We are not sure why after all our efforts and a mutual signed agreement to unwind this deal Mr. ***** continues to be disgruntled. We wish him well.
