They used cheap materials. Roof leaked within 6 years for the new construction house.
At least they are working to provide more housing in the face of tough regulations, but employing a shady company like Princeton Property Management to manage their rental properties is a slumlord move. With just a quick internet search, you can see the horrendous reviews and complaints against Princeton and their shady billing practices, as well as accusations of elder abuse. I guess they don't mind being associated with a business like that when it's all about the $$.
