Matt, our adjuster, was able to negotiate with our insurance company, Nationwide, to get us a full roof and covered gutter replacement at absolutely no charge to us. We still can't believe it! The work team did a wonderful job and left the area as if they'd never been there. Matt kept us informed throughout the process and answered all our questions. It was so nice not having to deal directly with Nationwide ourselves. We highly recommend JT Public Adjusters and Matt Ulivieri.
