Bryan at JT Public Adjusters was excellent helping me take care of my roof replacement. He dealt with all of the insurance on my behalf and the crew got the roof replaced in one day. The crew and everyone I had contact with were professional and took care of our property while doing the job. If you need roof repair / replacement services I would highly recommend.
We worked with JT Public Adjusters to get a new roof and could not have been more pleased! Bryan was phenomenal to work with! He was very easy going, transparent, and accommodating to our schedule & needs. He also communicated expectations clearly so we knew what to expect and anytime we had questions he was very quick to respond. We were also impressed that our roof was completed all in one day. Our neighborhood was hit with a big hail and wind storm and caused a lot of damage to our roof. After the storm we were not sure who to trust or who to turn to. However Matt with JT adjusters stopped by to help us with our insurance claim. He explained the process of providing a free inspection and if damage was found they would file a claim for us. Jt public adjusters was wonderful. Bryan flitcraft was great. He was so responsive and helpful. Bryan and the team made the process of an insurance claim for a roof so easy. We did very little work they handled everything and had a new roof in 5 wks!!! Highly recommend
