The entire process of getting a new roof could not have been easier with JT Public Adjusters. They did all the work of communicating with my insurance company, pretty much all I had to do was pick which color shingles I wanted. They even covered some of my very high deductible! They tore off the old roof and installed the new one in one day (maybe 8 hours), and they cleaned up everything before they left. I used JT Public Adjusters to see if my roof had hail damage. After taking a look they confirmed there was hail damage and said they could file the claim directly with the insurance and get me a new roof and gutters. The process went smooth and they provided great communication throughout. I would highly recommend JT if you have the same or other roof issues.
