Cameron, our inspector was wonderful! We have our home on the market in Coral Springs with an older roof and we asked for an objective, quality inspection of our roof to determine the condition & if it would need an immediate replacement so that we could figure out our next course of action, if needed. We had our home inspected prior to buying it a little over a year ago. We trusted JT to provide us with an accurate and honest inspection. Instead we were lied to at every corner. We actually got our money refunded for the inspection. It was stated that the insulation was 9" (minimum for houses in our zone) we had 3" so we lost a ton of energy from that. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! Lazy inspector. Uses no technology and is extremely UN professional. I HAVE THOUSAND OF DOLLARS OF MISSED ISSUES. Says he is a termite inspector and is not! Says he is a roof inspector. He is not!!! Most other inspection companies bring out a third party exterminator and third party roofer to due inspection. Not JT.
