Called them all morning. The answering machine is rude about how it tells us to leave a message, sounding like they don't want to answer the phone and they even more hate checking messages. They get hundred of messages a day it said to me like it's a burden. Had no choice but to drive an hour to go in person. Middle of the day on a work day. Ordered a track online through tracks Ontario. After four months of waiting. Was repeatedly told next week for over a month. Cancelled the order and they refunded. Ordered the same track from a different company and received it within 3 days. Disappointed in their service
Very unreliable,and they lied to me! I went through credit card company to get my money back!
The worst experience I have ever had. Besides them keeping my bike for 2 months and not even doing what I requested, customer service does not exist in this establishment. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
Ordered parts for my atv. Was told they would be there for me in 2 days which would be great. Week later they arrive. Then I go to pick them up. The order is wrong. Get your stuff together guys. Very disappointed in my experience.
