Buyer beware - this guy is a "AS-IS" junk marketer. Has no sense to Business Ethics. I may have to place a lawsuit against this business. This AS-IS clause is B.S. (State law requires any seller to reveal defectives), particularly safety issues - illegal to sell in most states.

Mr. Philips was very communicative and honest about the condition of the vehicle and we came to a good price. I can definitely say we will be considering his business for our next purchase.
