I bought a truck in June 2025. It was an easy process. I was allowed to take the truck out for a drive, and came back the next day to take the vehicle to have it inspected. Mr Phillips gave me the key so easily that I thought to myself "I could run off with this vehicle". A month later I have no issues out of the vehicles. I'd buy another vehicle from Mr Phillips. Last point, always have a used vehicle inspected before buying it.
JT the person is nice and warm but the car i went in to see was trash. The 2014 red Toyota Yaris was priced at almost 7k which Tires plus (after pre purchase inspection) said needed ~3k worth of fixes. The brakes were missing parts/ needed immediate replacement. The mechanic himself said he saw signs of painting over deficiencies to hide it from potential buyers, which is always a red flag.
Even after driving off the lot, the team here has continued to go above and beyond. Anytime we’ve had a small issue, they’ve handled it quickly and with genuine care. They’ve been there every step of the way, and it really shows how much they value their customers. Just really kind, honest people running a business the right way. We’re incredibly grateful and still highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great used car and trustworthy service. Thank you Mr. Phillip.
I had a wonderful car-buying experience here. The dealer was incredibly nice and went out of his way to make things as smooth and easy as possible for us. He even waived a few paperwork fees, which other dealers were charging at much higher rates. Everything was handled professionally, and I honestly didn’t think I’d be able to get such a great car on my very first try. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a good deal on a used car!
