I took my car to get the muffler replaced. I was told when I called that from his experience there was a good chance that the whole exhaust would need replaced. I was told what the price would be for just a muffler and total exhaust. I took the truck in and got a call later that day asking if I brought the truck in because of a rattling noise. Both provide the highest quality parts and service and neither of them play the unnecessary add-on game of 'you need this or that done' while you have it in their shop. Everyone makes mistakes but when these guys make a mistake, they don't make you pay for their time and materials where the mistake is involved.
