I had a challenging issue with my KTM dirt bike, and when I dropped the bike off the communication from JT wasn’t bad, but certainly not perfect either. It became obvious that my bike had a difficult electrical issue that would require diagnostic effort. I think that lowered the priority rate of a very busy shop and frankly I expected that. Thankfully though, I waited patiently and was pleasantly surprised when I received a call from CJ.
