I was not looking to buy a Motorcycle, some way a KTM125XC on sale crossed my internet searches. Called to confirm inventory, it was positive and Steve disclosed some numbers for me. New discounted bike, not even assembled went there and financed it. 3 days later got the motorcycle and it was just beautiful, used to Japanese bikes this was definitely a precise european machine. They mounted my loose motorcycle tire but were unable to balance it , now either they don’t have proper adapters on there balancing equipment or they were in experienced I’m happy they were able to mount the tire but without being able to balance kind of pointless , customer service I have received on service phone calls sometimes I felt like I was an inconvenience to them customer service was frustrating
JT Motorsports was referred to me by a previous customer. They took care of our simple issue honestly and efficiently. I would definitely refer them in the future!
As usual, had a great experience dealing with these guys. Somehow I always end up having Dakota help me with placing a service request or what not, and he's always right on it. Always helpful and respectful. Not sure why so many of the reviews on here are terrible, but as for my own experiences with this particular shop, I've never had a problem with them over the last 2-ish years.
Great team of folks. Extremely knowledgeable.
