I have been a client for years and I have just wonderful experience with Kelly. She provided both massage therapy and acupuncture to help with my shoulder pain, and the results were amazing. Not a pleasant experience.Walked in, rudely greated and taken down a hallway to a room, went in and there was one sheet- not sure if they wanted us to lay unclothed on the bare plastic table or lay above and have the tiniest towel to cover up. Luckily an emergency came about and Iwas able to leave. I’ve never left someplace so fast. Felt so uncomfortable, Please don’t waste your time an find a better massage studio that seems legitimate and not so sketchy.
Kelly is the best when it comes to both massage and acupuncture. I have been a client for years, moved several times around the city, and now live quite far from downtown, but keep coming back to see her. Nobody else is as knowledgeable and able to fix pain and tension as her. I will always recommend her to friends and family!
I went to JT Centre for shoulder pain relief, but the experience was very unprofessional. The staff did not use proper massage techniques and only applied oil without addressing the pain. I was so disappointed that I didn’t even finish my 30-minute session and left early. I do not recommend this place.
