Planned my moms surprise birthday through this company and was super impressed! Kim was very helpful and followed up to make sure I was happy with the services that were provided, the driver was on time and patient with all of us will absolutly be using JT limousines again can't wait to use them for my birthday this year! Kim was nice to speak with initially while booking but didn't follow up well. Disappointed with the limo.Though it was clean, it did not have the Bachelorette decorations and the bottles service Kim told me it would have, which is the main reason I went with this company. It was for my mom, she never been in a limo and I was expecting a better experience for such a high rated company.
The service was great ! Our driver John was so on top of everything , can't thank him enough for his patience and kindness to my family . We all had a great day ! I will def be using you again Thank you Judy added
