I've always had a great experience at JT Family Care. The whole team is welcoming and professional, and genuinely cares about their patients. Dr. Tran always takes the time to listen and explain things clearly, does not matter if you speak Spanish or Vietnamese, which makes every visit feel comfortable and stress free. I have been bringing my mother to Dr. John Tran for just a short time now. But Dr.Tran is the most loving and caring person to all of his patients. I highly recommend him to anyone who has an elderly person . Dr Tran is the best Dr my mother has ever had. I highly recommend him to everyone. Dr. Tran is truly outstanding. He took the time to thoroughly explain my condition and treatment options. He listened attentively to my concerns and answered all my questions with patience and never made me feel rushed. The clinic staff also deserves recognition. Dr. Tran inherited my mother-in-law as a patient after taking over this office from the previous doctor. He is very attentive, thorough, and caring with all of his patients. My mother-in-law is honestly doing so much better with taking care of her health because of the way Dr. Tran motivates her and makes her feel heard. He and his team are always on top of submitting orders for medications and lab work and are super quick with contacting us right away with updates.
