We met Jake at the Parade of Homes about 2 years before we knew we could start our project and loved him. Later when we reached out, he was responsive, listened to our needs and provided ideas and estimates for our jobs in a timely manner. We remodeled our entire main floor. Although this was at the start of Covid, Jake was able to secure all of the necessary materials and manpower and adhered to all the safety protocols. Jake and his team were a fantastic find at the beginning of our home building journey. Their expertise and emphasis on communication makes you feel secure that everything is being thought of and you always know how your money is being spent. Progress check ins are part of the program so even if you're out of state like we were, you can speak with the team and even see photos along the way. Great people to work with!
