got the wrong drapes day of wedding. inquired for a return which they said theyd do. We havent been able to get in touch since. Our wedding was on 8th of June, we sent them notice on 12th and have not heard back since despite our attempts to reach them. its one thing to be busy, its another things to make your past, fully paid customers hanging on a $240 refund for an error.
The chairs and drapes provided by JSS by Design added a touch of elegance and sophistication to the venue, enhancing the overall ambiance of the event. Their dedication to excellence and commitment to customer satisfaction were evident throughout the entire process. Working with Jamiee and her excellent team was an absolute pleasure, and we are looking forward to collaborating with them again soon for future events. Thank you so much! :)
