The work and effort put forth by this team was outstanding. Kandi and Jim were both professional and friendly. To prove this point, as a Fire Captain, there would be days in a row that I was not home while they worked on the pool, leaving my very large golden retriever alone. They were very careful as to where he was at all times as to not cause him any injury, and still gave him lots of loving attention.
