I have worked with JSP as the HOA board president of a 14 unit complex over the last 3 years and they have been very responsive and professional. I think a lot of condo owners are unaware of the roles of the HOA vs. the property management company, and expect more of a landlord relationship. I think JSP could do a better job at highlighting and communicating all the behind the scenes work they do to showcase their value to the owners. I can’t imagine my role with the board without JSP!

They work hard to be unavailable. No live person during business hours. Used the automated system that kept disconnecting, I left a VM. Hours later got a call back from staff on a restricted line. They wanted me to call plumber and get it fixed and then seek reimbursement. If I need to do it what do I need them for? The guy who stated he was in charge called me a man and dude. Totally on professional and made antagonizing statements.

I own and Operate a Lawn and Landscape company based out of the Twin Cities and we maintain a few sites for JSP. They are very responsive and a great company to work with!

I own three other property that have property management companies, this by far the worst experince. I left two voice mail and it was never been return in two weeks. I emailed once about a complain and never heard back. Please pick another company. They have nice office just collecting their share.
