l: Quality They came out and charged me $1,683.72 for 2 hours of work and told me that my Air conditioning leak would be fixed for that price .They also told me that there was oil found on the suction line leaving the indoor coil right near the braze joint. They never did any dye test for any leaks, they only did a pressure test for 15 mins .Well in 1 day later the line was still leaking and I called them and they tell me there work is no GUARANTEED. Scheduled service 2 months in advance and then cancelled last minute
While I cant comment on thier service cause well they never showed up for the 4 appointments they canceled on us. If their work is anything like there lack of ability to actually perform it I definitely will not be recommending this company to anyone ever.
The tech Robert Mazucca, had a large commercial system with multiple condensers, thermostats, zones, blowers, breaker boxes with multiple issues was able to isolate and repair quickly and knowledgeably to get the 5000 sq. ft. building cool in no time.
My service tech, Robert Mazzuca was very informative and helpful. He was very polite, kept everything clean and fixed the issue. I hope he comes back if i ever have any more issues! Also, Randy Wilbur was extremely informative and helpful in scheduling a replacement unit for my upstairs air. He also was extremely helpful and knowledgeable . Thank you JSP!

I called and made an appointment back in April for svc on my central AC AFTER receiving their flyer stating they were taking appts. My first appt was cancelled due to an emergency. I understand that happens. They rescheduled. The pm before the 2nd appt they cancelled again stating there was an emergency. Once again the appt was rescheduled.
