My wife and I hired the absolute best company in the JSM Group SWFL! Sam and his crew did a fantastic job replacing the damaged, slippery and dangerous tile that had been in our lanai! Water made its way into the lanai during the hurricane's and the tile swelled and lifted from the floor. The tile had been really slippery when wet even before it was damaged. After two hurricanes flooded the house with 20" of water, I took a risk choosing a contractor who had only 4 reviews. The project involved ripping up the subfloor in one room, sealing all the joists to prevent mold before adding a new subfloor; replacing the bottom 2" of drywall in the house, matching the drywall texture; painting the entire house; replacing all the floor trim and interior doors and laying a new floor throughout the house. Great company. It was a complete remodel and it went smoothly. Everyone had a job to do and they all worked well together. Sam did the heavy work Hubert and Ryan did the rest Marcel 's tile work was amazing. Sam also installed a new hot water heater and security system.Highly recommended !!!
