Said they couldn’t service our heating system since we were “out of warranty and not in their service area.” While I understand our location is further away the fact is they were the ones to install the unit when our home was a brand new build…so I called to see if they could at least provide a part number. I gave the lady both the model and serial number and she said she’d check. Didn’t get a call back so I called again and still didn’t receive a call back.

Outstanding Service from Dakota at JSL After discovering a large puddle of water and a steady stream leaking from my hot water tank yesterday, I immediately called JSL in a panic. Had an emergency pipe leak after the recent flooding. JSL showed up promptly early in the morning after a call the evening before. If the pipe explodes next week I'll come and update my review. Though I don't think it will. Dakota did a wonderful job. He was very professional, knowledgeable, kind, and answered all of my questions. He cleaned up when he was done, and other than the excellent craftsmanship, you wouldn't know he was here. Replaced furnace and A/C and added a vent in an office space. Work was done timely and the everyone involved was professional throughout.

Purchased our home in 2017 and not happy that as of last year one of our hot water heaters isn’t working. I’m no plumber but looking at the installation it just didn’t seem efficient to me. My thought would be when bringing cold water in the home why not run them equally to both water heaters instead of one. Then run the hot water equally to service the home. Instead they ran the cold water into one hot water heater with that water then feeding into the other water heater. Doesn’t seem efficient to me why would you overwork ... read more
