Great response time. They replaced our water heater that went out over the weekend in record time. They were professional and had us back up with hot water in a matter of hours. New water heater has been working great for over a year now. 5-Stars!
I have been using JSI for 5+ years now for our heat-pump maintenance. They are always one time and quick to come out and service our unit to keep it running in top shape. Would highly recommend if you need service in the greater Chambersburg area.
Better salesmen than technicians. After a laughable diagnosis I fixed it myself. Told me that the pump housing was cracked (and it was not), told my wife underground fuel oil tanks are illegal (and they are not), told me my fuel tank had failed (and it had not) . They wanted to sell me a new furnace and fuel tank, to the tune of 7 to 8 thousand dollars. With the help of a friend and 100 bucks it is running great, 70 bucks cheaper than what they charged me for nothing but a hassle.
Don't call if you're a woman I paid 100$ to have 3 guys get my oil furnace on while they were here then afterwards it wouldn't come back on the next person who looked said 3 bolts were disconnected and one was letting the oil run out. They took nothing apart and stood there for 20 minutes won't be calling again
JSI HVAC came out and installed our air conditioning unit when we were getting ready to sell our home. We had no issues and Duane was wonderful at explaining everything he was doing. He even came out one of the days during a lightening storm!!! I would recommend them every time!
