I can't say enough good things about these guys. I had an installation last summer and was thoroughly pleased with the entire process. Jake was especially helpful. I will continue to look forward to them servicing my lawn each year!
Response to Mr. Canales' review from the current owner: If there was any mix-up with communication with you, we apologize. We will contact you to schedule your repairs and correct the situation. Of course, it is not our intent for our customers to wait "several months" for repairs. We recently expanded our staff which will help our opening and repair schedules significantly. We thank our customers for their loyal service.
Dan sold the company. The new owners seem obsessed over their "opening service." No regard for broken systems, pushing back repairs for several months. Told to "go ahead and do that" when mentioning looking for another company.
Dan was very professional and honest. He relocated 2 sprinkler heads, capped off 2, replaced 1, and adjusted 6 zones to ensure correct watering. He was done in less than 2 hours, I highly recommend using him.
