Update: They saw this review, replied to reach out, then deleted their response. Interesting. Will be opening a case. My grandfather, who is 95 and has dementia, was brought to the hospital via ambulance. I wish they didn’t spend so much money on design and would have invested more money on staff. Understaffed, no sense of urgency, and horrible customer care. They rushed his discharge, although at 95 years old high blood pressure can be deadly, because “they needed the space”.
