I would steer clear from having these guys draw up plans. I saw a print for a 105 sqft deck that had 12 footings on it. It could be built with 4 and be over code. They are a clearly a computer jokey outfit that had zero clue on how to build something that makes sense and just draw it up to something that works. Not only they had 3x the amount of footings. they were placed on the ends and corners.
