I called JSB Appliance Repair because my refrigerator stopped cooling properly. When I called, he explained that there was a service call fee for the diagnosis, but if I decided to do the repair, the fee would go toward the repair cost. I liked that everything was explained upfront with no surprises. He came out, diagnosed the problem quickly, and fixed my refrigerator the same day. Very professional, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. My refrigerator is working perfectly now. Definitely recommend!
I can tell you from my past experiences that JSB Appliance Repair was the best service I have ever had. I have had other technicians come in the past and they did an okay job but we're way over price. Then I had technicians that came back four times and still could not do the job right and yet I still had to pay them for a job they could not do . Sasha the owner of JSB Appliance Repair was extremely knowledgeable keeps up with the latest technology and did an excellent job of repairing my refrigerator. He even checked other ... read more
Very knowledgeable and quick turnaround. He came the same day to fix my dryer and identified the problem within 5 minutes. Had the parts. Very professional and did more than I expected. Cleaned the whole dryer and fixed an additional issue that he found. I would definitely call again in a minute. Respectable, clean and honest, good price, which is hard to find these days! Thank you!
We have had Sasha to our home twice to fix 2 different appliances. He is extremely knowledgeable, efficient and very reasonably priced. He was able to go and get the part for our dryer and fix it within AN HOUR. We highly recommend his services for your appliance repairs.
One star for the phone call. I called about replacing the drain pump on a Whirlpool-built top-load washer. I had already done the diagnostic work myself — I gave him the model number and the exact part number for the pump. All I wanted was a ballpark on parts and labor. He would not give me one. He'd quote me a service call fee, but nothing beyond that. That's not a useful answer. I'm not going to pay someone to come to my house without any idea whether the repair is going to be $200 or $600, especially when I've told them ... read more
